Mendi Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mendi hangover recovery gummies. If you're not happy with your purchase, we make refunds and returns quick and easy to initiate. To contact us, email hi@getmendi.com or use our contact form.

• Any order cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.

• Before returning any items, please contact customer support for approval and instructions.

• If your Mendi gummies are damaged upon arrival, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

• If you are not satisfied with Mendi gummies, at least two-thirds of the gummies in the bottle must be intact and unopened to qualify for a full refund. Upon our instruction, remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition. Return shipping fees from Royal Mail may apply.

• We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from Royal Mail may apply.

• We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us improve our product.

• Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.

• Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
